It's a nice hotel, nearby risersee lake and good views around the hotel. During first night of check in, they gave a double bed room instead of 2 single bed, when i tried to change, they gave me another room in block E without elevator. which caused me to change back to original room and wasted time and energy. No apologies at all from the front desk lady, the other guy offered to help us carry the luggage down and apologised even though it's not his fault. Tbh quite a bad service from the lady. other than that, the breakfast was great and service was good from other staff, warm and friendly. hotel a bit old but its clean.

Sehr nettes Hotel, habe dort meinen 40 ten Geburtstag verbracht. Habe sogar eine kleine persönliche Aufmerksamkeit bekommen. Lage ist etwas abseits, was für uns aber perfekt war. Frühstück war lecker. Leider war es die Nacht etwas lauter da wohl "Seminarteilnehmer" Ihre Nacht lieber auf dem Gang verbracht haben um zu feiern. Aber generell ist das Hotel hochwertig und ruhig. Gerne wieder!

我們所在的客房，沒有電梯，大箱子都得自己搬上去！景色很棒，服務態度也很棒，房間也不錯，但是自己搬箱子上4樓真的很震驚
